Teaching style? Montessori.
We encourage students to pursue their interests by cultivating their natural curiosity and developing a passion for learning. We provide a hands-on and collaborative learning environment that promotes independence, critical thinking skills, and whole-child growth using the established, authentic Montessoir method.
Montessori Cirriculum with Reggio Emilia inspired classrom.
Our preschool uses a Montessori approach to education. Montessori education is a more traditional approach to teaching that incorporates math, science, arts, music, projects, and sensory exercises to help students learn. Our classroom is Reggio Emilio-inspired. Montessori-styled classrooms use fewer toys and materials for students to use and engage in leaving it completely up to the imagination to inspire them. Hands-on exploration drives learning in a Reggio-inspired classroom. Teachers decorate the classroom with bright colors, play kitchens, and dress-up stations, among other things. Documentation is also crucial in Reggio classrooms, as seen by the children's artwork exhibited on the walls or things collected on school outings.
